CLiR.health App — Terms of Use

Effective date: September 10, 2026 · Applies to the CLiR.health Android and iOS apps (co.clir.health) and the CLiR Cloud subscription

1. Who we are

CLiR.health is made by CLiR Health LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: app@clir.health.

2. What the app is — and is not

CLiR.health is a personal record-keeping tool. It stores the compound protocols, doses, and supply that you enter, and shows reminders and estimated activity based on published half-life figures you can inspect and change.

It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for a clinician. Default protocols and citations are provided for reference only. Nothing in the app tells you what to take, how much, or whether a compound is safe or legal for you. You are responsible for every decision about your own health and for complying with the laws that apply to you. If a reminder is late or missed, the app is not a safety system — do not rely on it for anything where a missed dose could cause harm.

3. Your data

The free app keeps all data on your device. Our Privacy Policy (https://clirco.github.io/clir-health-app-privacy/) describes exactly what is stored where, including what changes if you subscribe to CLiR Cloud. Your records are yours; we claim no rights to them beyond what is needed to provide CLiR Cloud to you.

4. CLiR Cloud subscription

CLiR Cloud is an optional auto-renewing subscription that backs up your app data to your account and restores it on other phones you sign into.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to store data you have no right to hold, attempt to access another person's backup, interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer the paid features to avoid paying for them.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app and CLiR Cloud are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim arising from the app or CLiR Cloud is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are called out in the app's release notes. Continuing to use the app or CLiR Cloud after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
