CLiR.health — Delete your account or cloud data
CLiR.health is published by CLiR Health LLC. You can request deletion without installing the app by emailing app@clir.health from the address associated with your CLiR Cloud account. Say whether you want to delete your account and cloud data, or only your cloud backup. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, or dose records in your request. We remove the account and/or cloud backup you requested within 30 days.
Delete your account in the app
Open Settings → CLiR Cloud → Delete account and confirm. If the app asks for a recent sign-in, sign out, sign back in using the same provider, and try again. This removes your Firebase sign-in account and cloud copy of your protocols, dose logs, supply, injection sites and settings. It stops access through the optional AI connector. It does not delete your Google or Apple account.
Delete only your cloud backup
Open Settings → CLiR Cloud → Delete cloud copy. This removes your synced records and pauses syncing, while keeping your CLiR sign-in account. You can also request this by email as described above.
What remains
Data on your phone, exported files, and personal device backups remain under your control. Deleting your CLiR Cloud account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately through Google Play or the App Store. Store and RevenueCat billing records are separate from your cloud backup and follow those services' retention policies. Data already requested by an AI assistant is handled by its provider; manage or delete it through that service.
Without a deletion request, cloud backups are retained while the subscription is active and scheduled for deletion after the 90-day retention period following subscription expiry. See the CLiR.health Privacy Policy for details.
